Andiamo sells property with ORLEN petrol station in Gera

The Andiamo Group has developed a large and modern new filling station in Gera together with the mineral oil company ORLEN Deutschland GmbH as tenant.

In spring 2022, Andiamo acquired an 11,250 square meter plot of land directly on the B2, Am Steingarten, next to the Amazon logistics center from the city of Gera. Construction began in September 2024 and the filling station has now been completed.

The petrol station site was sold to a private investor from Bavaria during the construction phase. A purchase price was not communicated.

“We are very pleased to have found a reliable buyer in this rather challenging market phase,” says Michael Breck MRICS, Managing Partner of the Andiamo Group.

Breck is currently developing two further projects with a petrol station and fast food in Koblenz and Leipzig. Numerous other locations are being acquired throughout Germany. “We are still interested in acquiring properties in popular locations throughout Germany,” says Breck.

BK&K from Munich provided legal advice to Andiamo Projekt GmbH on the purchase and sale as well as the rental agreement for the project in Gera. The project was financed by VR Bank Rottal Inn.
