Professional liability insurance
The professional liability insurance is with Nürnberger Versicherung, Ostendstraße 100, 90334 Nuremberg (Nürnberg HRB 774). The geographical scope of the insurance cover includes services in the member states of the European Union and at least meets the requirements of §§51, 51 a Bundesrechtsanwaltsordnung (BRAO).

The European Commission provides a platform for out-of-court dispute resolution (so-called ODR platform) at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before the consumer arbitration board.
