BK&K Law firm Real Estate Transactions

Quantum has acquired a large part of Welfengarten in Munich's Au-Haidhausen district from Bayerische Hausbau Real Estate for an institutional investor. The complex, which was completed in 2020, is impressive in terms of its location, sustainability and quality.

The transaction took place as part of an asset deal. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price. Colliers International acted as agent for Quantum. The law firm P+P Pöllath + Partners Rechtsanwälte und Steuerberater mbB and WITTE Projektmanagement GmbH acted as advisors. The Munich law firm BK&K provided legal advice to the seller and the law firm Dentons provided tax advice.
